While excavating the foundations and parking garage, Tucker encountered an underground aquifer that created some real challenges. By drilling additional dewatering wells, a million litres of water a day was pumped out without incident. Today, the building stands proud, boasting a relaxing putting green, and rooftop pool and garden.
